3 month past and no one is responding, they have 0 customer care and support. like no one cares that my business is going down because of them being 3 month late!

Be aware they lost our cargo for past 6 months, and they are not even responding.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a cargo company. I shipped a single box from China to Erbil with them. Their own app showed it cleared Iraqi customs on 28 April, but it never reached me. I kept chasing them for over two months on WhatsApp and by phone before anyone finally admitted, in writing, that they lost it. After all that the only thing they offered was 25 dollars per kilo as credit for future shipments, not even cash, which is nowhere near what the goods were worth. So I lost my goods and got basically nothing back. Be careful with them and get their liability terms
