One of the most beautiful hotels in Ain Kawa, offering every comfort, including cleanliness, water, a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and a gym—all free of charge. They also offer free breakfast and massages, but you have to pay …

It was a pleasant experience. The staff was cooperative, especially the wonderful Ms. Maryam at reception. The rooms were very clean and everything you need was available. The breakfast was wonderful and varied, with everything included. The pool had hot water because it was winter, in addition to the sauna and jacuzzi.

A beautiful place suitable for families

The place, services, and food are wonderful.

I rented two rooms there. Good service, reasonable price, cleanliness, excellent service, and pleasant interaction.

A wonderful hotel. The room size is large with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast is on the 14th floor, where there is a large restaurant with a comfortable and private seating area for families, offering a variety of meals. The service is excellent.

This world-class hotel deserves recognition and significant support from the regional government.

It's not bad for the price, but we had to ask repeatedly for cleaning before the rooms were cleaned. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, but they were incompetent enough to even arrange for the rooms to be cleaned.

Full service it's great hotel

Not very clean .

Excellent hotel with perfect costumer services

A beautiful and quiet hotel with excellent service and cleanliness. I recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Great service. Excellent reception staff. They greet you with a smile and provide outstanding service. Excellent prices for the services provided.

These hotels are not worth it and do not respect their customers. We booked and paid, but upon arrival, we found that the rooms had been rented to others and they were asking us to stay in double rooms. The management does not respect its customers.

One of the best hotels in Erbil. Excellent location and extremely helpful staff. Just a small suggestion: I hope they pay more attention to the spa area.

Perfect !

I would like to give 10 stars for the service. During our holiday my laptop power adapter broke. The staff organized a mechanic to repair it. This kind of hospitality was amazing. Also everyone around was very helpful with a huge amount of hospitality. Thanks for this

The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, but unfortunately the room was never cleaned. According to reception, it should have been done by someone else; a hotel should understand that a room should be cleaned daily or every two days.

The hotel staff are very respectable, the rooms are good for the price, the breakfast is excellent and clean, and the staff, including Ms. Maryam and Mr. Youssef, are helpful and respectful.

A very beautiful and elegant hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. Everything was wonderful and perfect. The receptionist, Maryam, was incredibly kind and …

Great location Very clean and quiet place Thanks Mariam

A thoroughly enjoyable stay – highly recommended! Extremely friendly and motivated staff! …

لوکیشن عالی And the hotel is clean and the location is the best.
