It was a pleasant experience. The staff was cooperative, especially the wonderful Ms. Maryam at reception. The rooms were very clean and everything you need was available. The breakfast was wonderful and varied, with everything included. The pool had hot water because it was winter, in addition to the sauna and jacuzzi.

I rented two rooms there. Good service, reasonable price, cleanliness, excellent service, and pleasant interaction.

A wonderful hotel. The room size is large with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast is on the 14th floor, where there is a large restaurant with a comfortable and private seating area for families, offering a variety of meals. The service is excellent.

This world-class hotel deserves recognition and significant support from the regional government.

It's not bad for the price, but we had to ask repeatedly for cleaning before the rooms were cleaned. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, but they were incompetent enough to even arrange for the rooms to be cleaned.

These hotels are not worth it and do not respect their customers. We booked and paid, but upon arrival, we found that the rooms had been rented to others and they were asking us to stay in double rooms. The management does not respect its customers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, but unfortunately the room was never cleaned. According to reception, it should have been done by someone else; a hotel should understand that a room should be cleaned daily or every two days.
