I am satisfied as my first experience staying at Sham Motel and the reception staff was very nice and helpful but unfortunately there was a Bangladeshi man there who rudely refused when I asked for an extra blanket for my mother and this caused my mother to get sick there and my entire trip was spent in the hospital and we could not enjoy our trip but still the reception unit was very good and the environment was clean.

The hotel boasts spacious and very clean rooms. However, I absolutely do not recommend staying there for the following reasons: 1. There are no nearby services such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, or produce markets. 2. There are no nearby bus services. 3. The elevators are frequently out of order, forcing you to go down five floors and then up five floors. 4. The reception staff are rude.

There was one mistake by the booking agent; the apartment was supposed to have four beds, but upon arrival, there were only three. However, the necessary action was taken by the management, especially Mr. Harith.
