Motel Sham

The hotel apartments are very nice and clean, and the hotel staff are very polite, but the prices are a bit high... May God grant success to everyone.

I am satisfied as my first experience staying at Sham Motel and the reception staff was very nice and helpful but unfortunately there was a Bangladeshi man there who rudely refused when I asked for an extra blanket for my mother and this caused my mother to get sick there and my entire trip was spent in the hospital and we could not enjoy our trip but still the reception unit was very good and the environment was clean.

Good for families. Rooms are clean Quite Price is normal Reception so polite and friendly

nice clean motel with friendly and hospilty staf but over prices for partment

Comfortible place

i like there

The hotel boasts spacious and very clean rooms. However, I absolutely do not recommend staying there for the following reasons: 1. There are no nearby services such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, or produce markets. 2. There are no nearby bus services. 3. The elevators are frequently out of order, forcing you to go down five floors and then up five floors. 4. The reception staff are rude.

The place was clean and quiet, with restaurants, furniture, and decor nearby. It was winter, and the motel was very warm. It was a great experience, and I will definitely stay there again. I recommend it, but please clean the apartment of trash daily without us having to ask. Thank you.

The place is tidy and clean, the service is good, and the staff are polite. It's located in the heart of 60th Street, meaning everything is close by.

I visited the hotel years ago and expected it to be developed, but unfortunately the hotel on my last visit was very bad and I only stayed one night... I do not recommend it...

The place is good and clean. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a living room.

It's quite bad and filthy. We asked for the sheets to be changed, and even the ones that arrived were stained. The rooms are spacious, motel-style, with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The kitchen has gas, tea bags, a teapot, and bottled water. You can order food. Food is brought in from outside, and the prices are reasonable.

The hotel is very neat and clean, their service is good and their attitude is pleasant.

Clean rooms and a very clean bathroom, with a quick ironing service available at a reasonable price.

It's really clean, the apartments are spacious, and a fully equipped kitchen is available.

This is completely unethical and disrespectful. I called to make a reservation, and someone from information answered, then hung up for a long time. I called back, and they didn't answer at all. Finally, they turned off the internet! Is this how you treat customers? If this is the kind of uncivilized service you provide, I will definitely refuse to rent any of your apartments. Thank you for your understanding.

Furnished apartments for rent near Kobani Bridge in Sulaymaniyah, on 60th Street. The location is good, and the staff are excellent. There was one mistake by the booking agent; the apartment was supposed to have four beds, but upon arrival, there were only three. However, the necessary action was taken by the management, especially Mr. Harith.

Excellent hotel, it consists of furnished apartments, each apartment contains two bedrooms and a kitchen with all its accessories, and there are apartments with one room

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. May God grant you all happiness. The property offers all amenities, including continuous electricity, air conditioning, and free internet. Apartments are fully furnished with a television, refrigerator, and a kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils. It is located on King Mahmoud Ring Road or 60th Street. I wish you a pleasant stay.
