To be honest, I haven't tried the hotel. But they lack credibility. They gave me a reservation, but then when I arrived, they changed their minds and didn't give me the reservation again (no credibility whatsoever).

The hotel is new and clean, but unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant due to the poor cooling in the room. The air conditioner wasn't working, and we informed the management, who promised to resolve the issue, but it remained the same despite our three-day stay. Additionally, the shower water was cut off from night until morning.

The receptionist was extremely uncooperative. We booked two rooms because we were two families, but when we arrived, she said we had only booked one room and kept lying to us. We were forced to stay in their suite. Furthermore, no one came to clean the room, even though we opted for room service. Much of the lighting was broken, and there was no proper lighting in the rooms.

We booked before we arrived and confirmed the reservation with her, but upon arrival, we discovered the booking was wrong. When we tried to discuss it with her, she responded rudely, insisting we were mistaken and refusing to admit her error (although mistakes happen, and everyone is susceptible to them). However, she should have corrected her mistake and offered us a discount on the room she gave us, as we didn't want that.
