Excellent hotel New Excellent professionals …

Very nice hotel with great service and nice people at the reception. The place was quiet and very clean. We will definitely come back and strangely recommend it for families and groups.

Bro The worst breakfast buffet till now And the waitresses are RUDE Better you close it No one should visit It's very nice looking from outside😇 but a nightmare from inside😱

A new and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. It could be classified as a three-star hotel.

A very good hotel and the staff are excellent.

To be honest, I haven't tried the hotel. But they lack credibility. They gave me a reservation, but then when I arrived, they changed their minds and didn't give me the reservation again (no credibility whatsoever).

A high-class hotel, safe and spotlessly clean. The young people deserve it.

The hotel is new and clean, but unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant due to the poor cooling in the room. The air conditioner wasn't working, and we informed the management, who promised to resolve the issue, but it remained the same despite our three-day stay. Additionally, the shower water was cut off from night until morning.

The receptionist was extremely uncooperative. We booked two rooms because we were two families, but when we arrived, she said we had only booked one room and kept lying to us. We were forced to stay in their suite. Furthermore, no one came to clean the room, even though we opted for room service. Much of the lighting was broken, and there was no proper lighting in the rooms.

The hotel is new and clean, but the management is terrible. The receptionist was rude. We booked before we arrived and confirmed the reservation with her, but upon arrival, we discovered the booking was wrong. When we tried to discuss it with her, she responded rudely, insisting we were mistaken and refusing to admit her error (although mistakes happen, and everyone is susceptible to them). However, she should have corrected her mistake and offered us a discount on the room she gave us, as we didn't want that. She charged us the original price and made us pay for the error, and her attitude wa

The place is good, but the girl at reception on the evening shift has a very bad and unwelcoming attitude. Thank you.

The hotel is very bad in terms of service, and the restaurant staff lack any professionalism.

New hotel Clean rooms Close to malls like Magdi Mall Reasonable prices

The receptionists' faces are so grim, the breakfast is awful, and you feel like they're trying to make you feel bad.

Excellent hotel and friendly service

The service and furniture were excellent. The reception was very respectful.

The room is dimly lit and stuffy, and there's no window.

I've heard about it but haven't tried it yet.

Excellent service and very good treatment
