I used this bank for several years, they have friendly staff, especially master card and Visa card employees. I have one problem with this bank, they don't have phone call service.

Unfortunately, regarding the dollar exchange for travelers Date: 10/28/2024 Only 25 people are allowed per day. This means you arrive before the bank opens, wait in line, and when you finally get there, the employee apologizes, saying they've run out of dollars. It's unreasonable that the Central Bank is only allocating $75,000 for the number of travelers to Erbil. Imagine, the number of daily travelers exceeds 10,000, and they're only distributing it to 25.

The staff were helpful, but the bureaucracy was tedious and the delays unnecessary. I don't like how banks operate.
